At SRFACE, we want you to have the perfect fit for your next session. If your wetsuit or gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unused item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the wetsuit is folded carefully to avoid neoprene creasing.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
